My uncle and myself are huge Prince fans and in the early 80's when "Purple Rain" came out my uncle's girlfriend went to a concert of Prince's and she went back stage and was talking to the icon. She told him about my uncle's misfortune about losing all of his possessions in a recent fire and Prince gave her the coat that he was wearing that night. This coat happened to be the same coat that the artist wore in "Purple Rain" he then told her to give it to him. My uncle still has that jacket to this very day.
