Belly to bub, the changes are amazing. You find yourself looking at a newborn in amazement thinking, he was inside that belly only 2 weeks ago. The entire pregnancy and birth process is just amazing !

Summer had belly photos done at 38 weeks. She looked totally gorgeous.

I’d like to introduce you to baby Chase. He is one of the most cruisy babies I have ever had in. He was very content to be poked, prodded, hung and moved around all over the place. He has the most perfect skin. I have told Mum so many times how gorgeous is skin is. Not one mark, pure perfect. He just grabs me every time he comes in and I can’t wait to watch him grow.

Newcastle Pregnancy Photographer: Tiffany

Bellies and bubs are overtaking the studio at the moment and I love every minute!

Pregnancy shoots are very individual. Some like outdoor candid shots others like outdoor art. Some like studio shots with a little bit of belly showing through, others have no problem doing tasteful nudes to show that gorgeous shape. Everyone is different and there is no right or wrong. I love photographing bellies no matter which way Mum likes as it is always a chance to capture that moment in time. It is a time when a woman glows, a really special glow capped off with an amazing feminine shape. I love pregnancy because to me it is when women show how amazing we really are. Our bodies can grow, adapt, change and create. It really is a magical time.

Tiffany has allowed me to share some of her pregnancy shots with you. She looked amazing at the end of her pregnancy. She wanted to share this moment with her husband and daughter and I think they are the most gorgeous family, enhanced even more now that their little girl has entered the world.

Imprint Imaging: A moment in time

Today I witnessed the arrival of a new life. At 5.22pm a little girl entered the world and I was privileged enough to capture it. As I say every time, I LOVE birth photography. It is not for everyone. Some people cringe when I tell them what I do. For those who are open to the idea and want the emotion, the intimacy and the love captured, it is something they treasure forever. Everyone has told me they are so glad that I was there and I love every mother who has brought a bub into the world and allowed me to be a part. It is one of the most amazing things I will ever do.

Meet Siennah Kate. She was one girl who is very alert and very content. I barely heard a peep from her the whole time and the little noises she made melted my heart. Thankyou Mum and Dad for allowing me to be a part of your little girls arrival. I never admitted it to you, but I shed a few tears hiding behind the camera when you first saw her.

Taree Portrait Photographer: Waiting …… & one photogenic girl

Back to blogging a couple at a time. Blogging backlog but working on rectifying that once again.

First up we have a gorgeous maternity shoot. Amanda is due very soon. It could actually be any day !!!

She came in to have some pregnancy shots taken as she didn’t do that for her first pregnancy. It is really something all pregnant women should have done as you do regret it down the track. I think every woman misses those movements, hiccups and rolling that bub does in your belly. Pure magic ! Amanda wanted to bring Molly into the photo shoot to get some beautiful toddler and belly images. Sometimes a challenging task but we got it all so easily. Molly was perfect !!

Can’t wait to meet the new addition …

Second tonight is the adorable Lily. She has just turned the big 5. She has massive personality and is such a social butterfly! The pictures really speak for themselves. You will understand just how wacky and fun loving she is. Pure gold !

Taree Pregnancy Photography: Rachel

This was an extra special shoot.

Rach did her traineeship with us five years ago. I cannot believe time has gone that fast !

It is always amazing when you get the right staff mix. Rach is one of those people who holds a special place in our hearts and was absolutely perfect. She knew me so well, knew what I wanted without having to say anything and we even had numerous non-work social events.

It is great to see her so happily married and now expecting her first bub. Even though she is in Brisbane, she always makes a point of catching up when she is home and this time we had an extra special catch up with a photo shoot.

How good does she look. Pregnancy totally agrees with her. Thanks for catching up Rach and spending the time at the studio. I had a great time and you were so natural. I cannot wait to meet your little girl. If only we lived closer !! xo

My new favourite newborn pics !!

I just love this little doll. She slept like a dream. Posed perfectly. And was just the complete bundle.

A sneak peek for Mum and Dad. They are coming in tomorrow to look at them all and I have told them it is going to be hard to pick a favourite. I can’t decide which is my favourite so I know they are going to have trouble.
