Jason and I were discussing all things business a couple of weeks ago. We were reviewing weddings and portraits and deciding that we need to go on our annual adventures to find new locations. We have a massive dislike for shooting in the same locations time and time again. That is just not us. We don’t believe in giving everyone the same images in the same location … insert yawn !!!
Photography in our opinion should be fresh, modern, and different for every person. That is our aim and we strive to deliver. It is our job to give people ideas about where they can have their photographs taken, where they can find that different shot to everyone else. In a small town that can be hard.
On Sunday we packed up and with kids and model in tow, we went exploring to find new locations within the Taree area. We are thrilled with our findings and the locations we stumbled across within 25 mins.

To finish, a quick family shot to update the album:

A sneak peek from one of yesterdays E-sessions. We are photographing Lauren & Adam’s wedding later this year, and by the sounds of the planning, it is going to be a gorgeous day.
Adam did his best to convince me that he wasn’t photogenic. I really can’t see it myself. He is a total natural infront of the camera and matches Lauren’s flair very easily. Lauren is just amazing. She has the ability to perfect any look, any pose and makes it all look so simple.
I asked the two of them questions throughout the shoot to get to know them a bit better. It is suffice to say Adam is a typical bloke when asked what he loves about Lauren the most. She said his sense of humour and I can see he has bucket loads of that.
Lauren & Adam - We had a great time with you both and cannot wait to be a part of your wedding day xo

A sneak peek from a beach family portrait shoot. Charli had so much style with her mega adorable sunnies but she had one problem, she hated the water !! I somehow think this will change over time. I can see her hanging out with the girls as a teenager still wearing her cool sunnies and finding that the beach is an amazing place to be. For this shoot, she was more than happy to be with Mum and Dad as long as they kept her away from the scary waves !

I have held this blog post off for a week so I knew that Leon & Faith would get to see it. I hope you enjoyed your 1st wedding anniversary sailing the seas guys !!
With the new addition to the family, it was time to update the family album. I have had a lot to do with this growing family and it is such a pleasure to watch babies grow. I am doing bubs Year in the Life collection at the moment and he is changing so much every time I see him. I know he will soon be as big as his big brother ! I hope he gets his brothers personality. Jacob is the sweetest little man and you should be so proud of him guys.
Enjoy the blog post. It has finally made an appearance xo

Hi Everyone !
We went back to work on Monday and OMG I have been flooded. There is almost a 2 week wait for portrait shoots and I am shooting three shoots a day. That is unheard of in January so I was caught a little off guard. I am nowhere near caught up on all blog posts so I thought I may do a group one today and show you two or three at a time.
These are a few from our Christmas sessions. All of these kids were fantastic as all kids are. The cuties below have been in to see me many times and they feel a part of my big family. I love it when the kids know me and love coming in. Makes each shoot extra special.

Tomorrow: A sneak peek from Saturday’s wedding. A gorgeous day !!
